Please can someone help me. My computer has gone mad and
wont let me use my printer and my local C Driver has
vanished. I dont know whats going on. Now I get a
message to say I dont have permission to use the selected
printer and to contact my network administrator. I've
been using that same printer for months and just dont
know whats happening. I've been told to contact
Microsoft but I've been trying all day without success.
Can anyone out there help me. I'm an elderly lady and
not computer literate!!! Thanks in anticipation.
