locked out of entering Admin

    Was setting up the Administrator Sign-in sector. Set
    myself as ADMIN,, listed other family members as Limited
    Access. Closed out the Comp,, restarted Comp. Went to
    my Logon,, used the Password and it would not take it.
    Counting the characters in the password, I found the
    space would only accept 11 characters and I had used 12
    when I set it up. The "entering" password mode had
    accepted the 12 character password. I tried it with just
    the first 11 characters but it would not take it.
    HELP,, I am locked out. I cannot get to important
    information in my computer. I tried closing out,,
    restarting the comp. hitting the F8, restarting in Safe
    Mode, but still could not gain access to my sector.
