Yes I am running XP Home Edition.
I was able to change access to the top level folder by
rebooting in "safe mode with networking". However, when I
change ownership and security to "full control" it is
only making the changes to the top folder and not its sub-
folders. I have to change each sub-folder which is very
time consuming.
Is there a way to make the change and have it apply to
all sub-folders?
Also, should I convert to NTFS file sysgtem? Whats are
the advantages and disadvantages to doing so?
