Event ID 1101 with group policy

This event is logged on all my winxp machines, and group
policy is not working on some of them.

Windows cannot access the the object
OU=Employees,OU=Ava,DC=avaschools,DC=k12,DC=mo,DC=us in
Active Directory. The access to the object may be denied.
Group Policy processing aborted.

I have a windows 2000 native mode network. I have SP1
installed on all the xp machines, and have copied all the
xp adm files up to the server. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
