Problem with SHLWAPI

I was installing SP1 on Windows XP Home Edition and lost
power in the middle of the install. When I reboot it will
give me the following error before getting to the login
prompt: "The procedure entry point AssocIsDangerous
could not be located in the dynamic link library
SHLWAPI.DLL" That is as far as I can get. Does anyone
have any suggestions?
