Every time I turn on my computer I get the message "the
system is shutting down, initiated by NT
AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. REMOTE PROCEDURE CALL service
termimated unexpectedly."

My DELL computer is 6 weeks old. I have WindowsXP.

Please be explicit with your instructions, I've not very
computer savvy.

Thanks
