I will spout my hacker mantra here. If I can touch it, it is mine. I will
break in and control the system. That being said good luck, I could give
you 100 different ways to try and lock the system down. But she probably
knows every hack, to get around those. My only suggestion is that of the
other person take the computer away, no access what so ever, install a bios
password so the system won't boot without it, If she cracks the case and
uses the jumper to clear the bios then ground, her or if your case has a
lock, lock it shut with a padlock and a bios password. Forget trying to
limit her from going to inappropriate sites, she's gonna go there anyways
whether it is at home or her friends house. Also a sledge hammer will
render any computer un useable, or garden shears to the power cord. But you
are her mother, she's 18 and in the US she lives by your rules or kick her
*** out of the house. Tough love look it up might do your brat some good.
