I have the same problem except when I run the fixes it get
stuck and asks me to report it to Microsoft, much like it
does when any application goes wrong on XP. Then I try
rerunning it and it always get stuck on this same file.
The file is in my Temp folder and it won't let me delete
it manually. There's about 4,5 more of these files with
similar names that carry the my ISP info within the file
name and they can't be deleted either. I am very
concerned. How can I delete these files? I ran Norton
Anti Virus and it detected 1 infected file and got rid of
it. But as this person described, I keep on getting
emails saying that it was not ableto deliver such and such
email because of a virus.
