user accounts and why do i have a ASPnet_wp account

Hello,
Why do I have a user account called ASPnet_wp, I have no
recollection of opening this, I use dreamweaver and
have .net loaded on my PC. I have xp pro with all the
latest patches, is this a virus or what.
