I seem to have same problem. Window is running multiple
instances of "msregld32.exe" and "dlldate.exe". They are
using 100% of cpu time and are causing a lot of problems
in my computer also.
I checked with Norton AntiVirus and microsoft
knowledgebase but could not find answer.
My temporary solution is to have taskmanager running and
watch out for cpu usage. If it spikes, I go into
taskmanager's processes tab and turn off each instances
of "msregld2.exe" and "dlldate.exe".
