Privacy Alert Pop-Up

Does anyone know how to get rid of this red Privacy Alert
message that just pops up all of a sudden on my lower
right screen. There is no way I can get rid of it unless
I reboot. It always stays in front so that I am not able
to see information behind it and I can't move it either.

Help!!!!
