The pop-ups you are recieving is merely some scumbag
taking advantage of an administrator service that
automatically runs by default. You do not need to invest
in any program to disable this service. It is very easy
to manually disable it yourself.
Right click on My computer, then click on "Manage"
In the Computer management Console look in the left pane.
Expand (clicky on the little plus sign), "Services and
Applications". Now click on "services" so that it is
highlighted. Look in the right pane for a service
names "Messenger". Right click on "Messenger" then click
on "Properties". In the "startup" drop box change it
to "disabled". Now click on the "stop" button below that
to stop the service. Now you can close all the windows
you have opened.
After accomplishing these steps you will no longer
get "Messenger Service" popup advertisements from the
internet. Hope this helps.
