you can download a tool that will scan and fix the virus
from Symantec website at the following address..
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w3
2.blaster.worm.removal.tool.html
This will remove the virus. Next you need to get the RPC
patch from Microsoft at the following address...
http://www.microsoft.com/security/incident/blast.asp
you will need to download the approperate version of this
tool based on if your running XP or 2000
