now why would you say that for? there is no basis for you to tell someone
that help is not available, nor that there's now way to fix the problem
created by the worm.
Certainly there is help, and there are ways to stop it. Plenty of
recommendations for stopping the "rebooting PC" syndrome have been posted
the past several days. Bottom line: download the patch from another
computer, download the cleanup program from one of several antivirus web
sites, reboot into safe mode, disconnecting your computer from the Internet,
and install the updates and patches.
