"NT On-Access Scanner Service" Error message

I always get an error message everytime I login to my
computer that says:
NT On-Accses Scanner Service. has detected a problem and
need to close. We are very sorry for the inconvience.
If you were in the middle of something, the information
you were working on might be lost.
Please tell microsoft about this problem. We have
created an error report that you can send to us. We will
treat this report as confidential and anonymous..Please
someone help me get rid of this error message..
