1. click start - run - type in services.msc
2. this opens services
3. double left click internet connection firewall
4. on the general tab - change startup type to automatic
                   - start the service
                   - click ok
                   - close services
                   - reboot if necessary
5. this will apply firewall on all network adaptors on
the system
