CRYPTOGRAPHIC SERVICE - BLASTER WORM PATCH

Hey!

Does anybody know how to fix the 'Unable to verify
integrity of *.inf. Make sure the Cryptographic Service
is running.' error when attempting to install the patch
on Windows XP Home Edition?

I have tried different combinations of:
 - Disbaling/Stopping/Starting the Cryptographic Service
 - Disabling/Stopping/Starting the anti-virus
 - Disabling/Stopping/Starting the System Restore Service
