You might want to try this-- it all has to do with the
group policy's.
start / run
typein: gpedit.msc
Double click on admistrative templates
click on standard tab on the bottom of the page
click on system
click on system restore
click on enable
click on ok--
this should clear up the system restore access denied
problem--let me know if you were successful.
