Maybe I wasn't clear...
The people who have legitimate access to the PC should be able to log in.
I'm more concerned about people who have no legitimate business on the
system. I have configured the machines to erase the username from the login
prompt as a "security feature" and force people to enter both a user name
and a password. My employees are encouraged to lock their computers when
they have to leave their desks (rather than logging out).
The Computer Locked screen shows their user name and the windows domain. It
should simply say "This computer is locked and can only be unlocked by the
person who locked it or the system administrator"
