I've printed all the instructions from microsoft to
delete above subject worm. I followed instructions as
stated and my computer currently shows that it is virus
free. I've searched all files and folders for virus and
nothing found, however, the System Shutdown window keeps
appearing!!! HELP!!!! My Norton anti-virus keeps also
popping up stating that Northon Antivirus has detected
and removed a virus from my computer. Action taken:
file was automatically deleted.

If my computer is showing virus free, how can the system
shutdown box (counting down from 60 seconds until
shutdown) keep showing up? Please help as soon as
possible as I am usually on computer for business all
day!!!

Thank you very much, in advance, for your help and
cooperation.
Sincerely,
Christine Sewers
