I had the new worm on my pc and finally got to download
all the windows updates, except service pack 1. My
computer is no longer shutting itself down. My question
is.... was the patch included in the updates? I've
researched and believe that it was. Also, did that remove
the worm? If not, How do I remove it? I am an average
computer user. My son was an expert in this area, but he
was killed in an auto accident last year. I've struggled
ever since with numerous pc problems. Can you help me?
I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
