Blaster Worm

Am using my Win 95 computer at work (older is better!).
We apparently have the Blaster Worm on my home computer--
Windows XP and son's brand new Gateway laptop (Win. NT, I
think). Both have it. What do we do? We can't download
a fix, because the computer throws us off the Internet
before we can even log on. How in heavens name did this
happen? Really need a fix in simple English--neither of
us is tech savvy.
