System: Windows XP Professional

I have and Administrator account and two others Users accounts. Is there any way to set (while installing, or later) the software
can be used by specified users. For example:

I was installing Aliens vs Predator 2 game on Administrator account and it wasn't accessible by any other users. I tried to do the
same on user account but Install Shield Wizard told me there is some kind of error. For now the only way to start up the game is to
run it as administrator. Can I change this?

Some kind of programs are installed

Luke
