Administrators account lost...

Similar situation... I can see my Administrator account
from Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer
Management - Users -- and my Administrator account is not
disabled... however it does not appear on the login screen
so that I can log in using it. How do I get the account to
appear on the login screen?
