I had this problem, and am having it again. However, I
found that it was being caused my the windll32.exe trojan.
If you can, see if the program is resident in the task
manager, and if it is, search for windll32.exe on Yahoo
and there are several sites detailing disinfection
protocols.
If anyone knows of any other reason for this to happen,
please help me as I can't fix it now!
