firewall by going to control panel, internet options,
connections, settings, properties then the advanced Tab.
include a check in the box for internet connection
firewall then keep hitting "OK" close control panel and
try connecting again. The firewall will work for it's
blocking the port that is effecting soooo many XP users
once they are online. Good luck
