POP-UPS & MICROSOFT ????

I HAVE BEEN SETTING HERE READING NUMEROUS REQUESTS FROM
USERS WHO ARE RECEIVING ALL THESE POP-UP ADDS LIKE I AM. I
DIDNT HAVE THIS PROBLEM UNTIL ABOUT THE PAST MONTH AND
HALF AGO. STRANGE !!! THATS ABOUT THE SAME TIME THAT
MICROSOFT CAME OUT WITH THEIR NEW UPDATED VERSION ON MSN
INSTANT MESSANGER ??? I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF BILL GATES
AND OR HIS TECH'S ARE ALLOWING THESE COMPANIES TO UTALIZE
HIS SOFTWARE ( FOR A FEE ~ OFCOURSE ) TO LET THEIR WINDOWS
PROGRAMS BE USED TO LINE SOMEONES POCKET WITH THEIR
SOFTWAARE TO STOP POP-UPS ??
HOW ABOUT IT MICROSOFT, GIVE US A SOLUATION TO STOP THIS
CRAP FROM THESE COMPANIES.
