Hi
I was installing the XP windows sevice pack, when my
computer completely froze and I had to restart it. But
now it won't reboot, it gets some way to loading windows
then shuts itself down and restarts. It is in a
continuous rebooting loop which I have no idea how to get
out of. Any ideas? ...besides the fact that I shouldn't
have restarted it because that's prob. what caused this
massive problem?
Do I need to do a system restore and loose all my work
documents or is there anyone with any other ideas.

Thanks
Bernadette
