access permission to ping.exe

Hi all,

I have a application in which :

- hosts a page through IIS say, myping.html
It calls myprogram.exe which uses ping.exe in system32
directory to ping a machine and displays the results in
the page. This works fine on Win2000 but fails on Win XP

My problem :
Looks like in windows XP access permissions for %
SystemRoot%\System32 got changed from Win2000. How do I
handle this problem in XP?
