logon to xp

I am an administrator on my computer and the only account except for the
admin account. The problem is I let my little nephew play on the computer as
me and now when I turn the compiter this box pops up and wants me to logon
with a name and password which I still can but I don't want the box my
computer always booted up and went right into xp without me having to log in
or mouse click .... what did he do??????????
