Hi,

YES you need to install this Patch ! I had the same problem with the Windows
Update it didnt show that i needed it. The Patch takes about 2 mins to
install and no reboot is needed.

I ADVISE TO INSTALL THIS PATCH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
