I installed my windows xp pro (ntfs) there is an administrator and i know
the password I also have my account as an administrator I tried to install a
pop up blocker and my account will not install it as the administrator I can
install it and it works. but my account will let me install it but it is not
there when I try to goto views and tool bar can someone please help thankyou
