I am running Windows XP with Version 5.1. I recently saw
where the update should be installed, however, when I
check my personal windows update file, I do not see where
I need to install it. This security bulletin is dated
July 17, 2003.

I bought my computer with XP installed in April. Do I
need to install this update?

Thank you for your help.
