Hi Tim,

check your network settings on all computers. Specially subnet mask on your
PCs. Make sure it is the same (not e.g. 255.255.0.0 on one PC and
255.255.255.0 on the other). You can check this settings with e.g. ipconfig
/all utility from command line.

Also make sure that you are not running personal firewall (any kind) when
trying to access and ping computers on the LAN. If you are running firewall
take it down for few minutes and test things again. If you are now able to
ping and access shares and resources on all PCs then you have to reconfigure
your personal firewall to trust PCs with IP 192.168.0.x...
