Hi Jim,
Personally I don't like ZoneAlarm but yes it is a good personal firewall. I
heard a good thing about Sygate's personal firewall also available for free
... http://smb.sygate.com/support/documents/spf/default.htm
Other that know of but are not free are BlackIce and Symantec Client
Firewall.
No I wouldn't run them along with WinXP firewall. Either one or the other
...
