filter

I have a Microsoft XP Professional [I'm an admitted
computer dummy]. I'm a senior but I can't turn off the
#@**@!# RSACi filter and I sure as hell don't need a
Nanny.The advice is to contact M Support but that's got
to be a joke and this seems the only way to get an
answer.Anyone know how to get rid of that mutha? Thanks
