I did - but they said it's not the ISP password I can't
obtain (I CAN access it remotely) it's the IDENTITY LOGIN
that I can't get straight. Is there any way to reset or
find out my password? I cannot accept that I will have to
lose all of my Outlook info just because I can't remember
a word, you know>
