pop up: Message from Webcam to User

 Here ya go:
 Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
 Scroll down the list till you see "Messenger" and
 turn it off, disable it, forget about it. Done.
 Who'd a thunk it? An AOL'er even. Guess I need a
 "signature".
