Lost XP logon password and no recovery disk --Please help!!!!!

hello Mr. i m Aftab..... u should reboo the computer and
then by pressing "F8", select "safe mode"...... computer
will start in "safe mode".... there will be
an "administrator" option..... it will not be password
protected.... click on it and enter the windows.... then
go to control panel and open "user accounts".... then
remove your's account's password... and restart the
computer and enjoy using windows XP..... if ur problem
solves or persists, plz send me an e-mail.... o.k.
