Scheduled Jobs do not run

I try to run scheduled jobs in XP Home. Although I create
the job to run under an administrator account with the
correct password it does not run if the user is not logged
on, i.e. after starting the PC and showing the loggin
screen. If the user is logged in, the job runs.
Has anyone got an idea?
