Scheduled Task issue

Hi. If this is the wrong newsgroup for this question, please send me to the
right place.

I'm running XP Pro. I created a .bat file in my Shared Documents directory
that backs up certain stuff to a drive on my network. It works perfectly if
I double-click the file. However, when I set it up as a scheduled task, it
says it runs, does not have an error status, but has a last result of 0x08.
I have set up the task as Administrator, so I don't think it's a permissions
issue, but I don't know what else it could be. As an FYI, I am logged in all
the time as myself, not Administrator, but I have adminstrator privileges.
And, as I said, the task acts as if it has run - there is no Status message.

Please help. Thanks
