You need to have 'File and Printer sharing for Microsoft
Networks' installed for the Server service to be
available. Go to 'Start...Settings...Network
Connections...Local Area Connection
x...Properties...Install...Service...File and Printer
Sharing....' (This also relies on Client for Microsoft
Networks, which should be installed by default).
