My advice was aimed toward a small, home network. As Alaa pointed out,
you can't overcome the simple remote sharing restrictions in XP Home
with a security tab tool, you can only tweak the local access
privileges, something you can already do in safe mode.
You are likely to trip over more Home Edition limitations in your large
network.
