Change Profile Ownership in XP: Help?

Sorry, by "ownership" I mean the first profile created
when first setting up XP Home or Pro is designated
the "owner". My question is about reassigning the "owner"
status to a different profile created later. Is this
possible, and if so, how do you do it?
