IAS Snap-In using Windows XP and Server 2003

I am using Windows XP Professional (Build 2600 SP1), and I
want to administer the Internet Authentication Service on
Windows Server 2003.

On the XP machine, I have installed the Windows Server
2003 Administration Tools pack. I open the MMC, and go to
add the IAS Snap-In, and it's not listed. Is there a way
I can get IAS snap ins on an XP machine?
