Force logoff before standby

I would like to use the windows standby feature, but since
I have 4000+ users, it is essential that the users be
automatically logged off before going into standby. Simply
locking the workstation is not enough.

Can anyone suggest a way to automatically log a user off
before going into standby or suspend mode?

My time is running out on trying to figure this out, so
any response would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
