Content Supervisor Password for Internet Explorer

Forgot Supervisor password in Internet Explorer.
Therefore I am unable to change the content level in I.E.
There's a hint listed, but I've completely forgotten
exactly what I entered as the entire password. How do
delete it and start all over again with a new password?
