Blue screen system crashes

My system keeps crashing every now and again. Looked in
system event log and i have lots of errors mainly saying:
"The Remote Registry service terminated unexpectedly. It
has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action
will be taken in 1000 milliseconds: Restart the service".
also event log shows:
"The DNS Client service terminated unexpectedly. It has
done this 1 time(s)".
and,
"The WebClient service terminated unexpectedly. It has
done this 1 time(s)".
and,
"The SSDP Discovery Service service terminated
unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s)".
and,
"The Remote Registry service terminated unexpectedly. It
has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action
will be taken in 1000 milliseconds: Restart the service".
and,
"The TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service terminated
unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s)".
The source is: Service Control Manager.
Please help. it's doing my head in.
any advice would be much appreciated!
