Shannon,

If you did not back up your certificates before you re-installed the OS,
then the DATA is, for all intents and purposes, gone. Actually,
theoretically a DATA recovery service _MIGHT_ be able to recover the
original profile that did the encrypting and recover the data, but the
longer you use the drive, the more remote the possiblity becomes. If it is
that important for you to recover the data, you should shut down the
computer immediately and take it to a Data recovery service. Honestly,
chances are very slim that you will be able to get the data back though.
