Windows XP Home Spanish can not be upgraded to Windows XP Pro English.
You also can not change the language to English.
You need to back-up your important data then perform a Clean
Installation of Windows XP Pro.
However, normally Home will work as qualifying media for Pro, I do not
know if it will work if they are different languages.
